Benjamin Udave

A self-proclaimed apprentice of the culinary world, Chef Udave has been part of a great variety of events and festivals around the globe, where he has shared his knowledge and cooking skills with enthusiastic foodies and other talented chefs. With a love for cooking that began at a young age in his family’s Southern California home, Udave has spread his wings throughout the culinary world, graduating with honors from Le Cordon Bleu in Pasadena and working as Sous Chef and Executive Chef for various restaurants in California. Most recently, Chef Udave has loaned his expertise as Executive Chef at Perch in Los Angeles and as Executive Chef for the Sysco Corporation.
