Betty Vazquez

For 34 years, Betty Vázquez has been perfecting her culinary talents and astonishing foodies with her flavors of the sea. Beginning in her grandfather’s kitchen, where she gained a passion for cooking, and later expanding her knowledge and love for gastronomy in prestigious kitchens, such as that of Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, where she attended school, and under the mentoring of famous chefs, such as Pedro Ortega in México and Juan Mari Arzak in Spain. Recognized as one of the most talented chefs in México, Vázquez has excelled in her career, coming in second place in Iron Chef Canada, participating as a judge on Master Chef México and spreading her wealth of knowledge as a speaker at the Culinary Institute of America.
